The capital of Kazakhstan hosted the IT Fest–2023 Festival of Innovative Ideas and the EDU Fest Educational Festival.

The IT Fest-2023 and EDU Fest festivals in Astana have become an important platform for innovation and exchange of experience in the field of information technology and education.

From November 27 to 28, the capital of Kazakhstan hosted the IT Fest–2023 Festival of Innovative Ideas and the EDU Fest Educational Festival, which attracted students, teachers and university leaders. The events brought together participants for a dialogue about the future in the fields of IT, cybersecurity and robotics.

At the final stage of the competition of innovative projects, the jury was represented by QazTrade Academy – Ainur Amirbekova, coach-head of QazTrade Academy, actively cooperating with Kazakh universities and startup projects. "We work closely with incubation centers of startup projects. In May of this year, QazTrade Academy conducted training for the 14th startup stream "KBTU Startup Incubator". The participants received not only valuable knowledge, but also the opportunity to discuss their ideas and problems," said the coach-head of the QazTrade Academy.

"Today we have witnessed the emergence of new innovative ideas and the implementation of specific business projects that can be scaled," Ainur Amirbekova concluded.

The educational program has become part of the four-year Ready4Trade Central Asia project, which is funded by the European Union and implemented in five Central Asian states: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
