As part of the "Ready4Trade Central Asia" project, Esil University in Astana held a training course on the rules of international trade and the basics of exports. QazTrade expert, PhD professor Ainur Amirbekova, told the teachers of the educational institution and future specialists in the field of economics and trade about the peculiarities of foreign markets. All in all, the training was attended by about 75 people.
The training was held on four main topics: "International Trade Rules", "Export Process", "EU Market Requirements", "Quality and Compliance". Participants also learned about the steps involved in export-import activities and the transit of goods, demonstrated through Kazakhstan's National Trade Facilitation Information Portal.
The courses were developed by International Trade Center together with QazTrade JSC and funded by the European Union.
